A woman centred initiative to increase food security within the home. Households are trained to grow nutritious food varieties throughout the year. This involves using appropriate technology to establish an irrigated vegetable garden on half an acre of land for family nutritional needs and for sale to nearby markets as well.

Adaptive irrigation technology model, use of climate change adaption involving rain water harvesting during the rainy season for irrigation with the aim of getting high value crops throughout the year especially to leverage on production monopoly during the dry season when there is scarcity, market price is higher due to low supply yet demand would be high.
